      Management is severely lacking. No plan for success. Tools for success are very limited. Management is two faced. Company does not want to financially invest in their people.

      most of my co-workers are okay, decent pay, some nice perks

      Cons

      They have no idea how to move forward in the 21st Century. They are late to the game or years behind in other areas. Their digital endeavor is laughable. They hire unqualified people and keep them on staff for years and years so nothing ever improves.
