      I honestly cannot think of 1, except perhaps the customers.

      Cons

      Privately owned company-family rules. Extremely long hours expected of you, if you arrived after the boss and left before, or only worked 8 hours a day and took a lunch break it was understood you were not doing your job. Hostile environment. Unhappy people. No customer or quality care

      Secure job (if you are employed Permanent Full Time) Decent wages (credit to the National Union of Workers).

      Cons

      Working conditions in SOME departments, UNACCEPTABLE to APPALLING: no regard for the workers' safety. Workload in most departments UNREALISTIC (labor camp style) Workstations UNDERSTAFFED. The company's owner(s) OBSESSED beyond belief with COST CUTTING.
