I honestly cannot think of 1, except perhaps the customers.
Cons
Privately owned company-family rules. Extremely long hours expected of you, if you arrived after the boss and left before, or only worked 8 hours a day and took a lunch break it was understood you were not doing your job. Hostile environment. Unhappy people. No customer or quality care
