Pros

No pros, it’s a kind of places when you leave, you restart enjoying your life and recognize how your rights are all taken and they were all like a gang who will absolutely damage your life.

Cons

No HR, no project management, there is no administration department at all. The CEO will take all actions wether it’s working or management decision. When you disagree with him, you will be castaway. Want to succeed there, don’t work and say yes to the CEO. To recap, they are perfect in EXPLOITATION and INIQUITY.

Pros

- Not a startup nor a corporate nor a studio. - Huge Room for improvement and learning, some people are even still learning for 3 years now. - Flexible work hours (You need to stay 12 hours at the office, but you can stare at the screen or sleep, they call it "Live in"). - Fun activities with some drumkits at the office. - CEO is like steve jobs and Elon Musk combined. - Taught me how to stop believing in pipedreams. - Culture is so perfect and pure that it's unattainable.

Cons

- Big visions, no actual plans to achieve them. - They like the 996 system, but you can learn a lot in that time. - The business developer is a nut job. - The CEO is on a holy crusade. - Most of them can't count the hours between 9AM and 8PM. - The kitchen is always dirty because they eat fish. - Some of their English content is plagiarized.
