      Good and Bad

      Pros

      Decent to Good pay(if you ask for it). Good people. They will usually listen to problems.

      Cons

      Rarely actually solve the problems they listen to. Tends to have upper management making calls and Supervisors taking blame. Feels like it has no "up", submitted applications for other areas tend to get overlooked unless it's a sideways shift in job.

      Pros

      Flexible work enviorment. People are very friendly. The company does not overly micromanage you in your position. When we get into an account we build long term relationships

      Cons

      the company has very poor management. None of the management has any experience besides the CEO. The CEO does not understand the business. He is definitely more on cutting cost.

      Everyone there seems nice and camaraderie seems high

      Cons

      There was a gap between the interview and my hired responsibility. I was ok with a title difference but not with role swap. Suddenly it was expected that my personal phone was a work phone. I was signing documents that it was ok for me to use work communication on my personal device - definitely over reach. The program manager suddenly expected me to work east coast and west coast installs meaning I needed to be available for more than a 12 hour swing and on call. Heath benefits were below average. Didn't have the correct admin permission on day one. I couldn't even put in a ticket to report my IT problems.
