It was Pathetic. Abusive ,Trust me Those joining will regret it within 6 months. 5 ratings are been given by HR team.

Abusive culture,starting from CEO to bottom Heads don't have team management skills.Only favorites will get promoted every year. You have to unlearn all the things and learn how to play politics to sustain in this company. Biggest Scam- 25 percent variable in your CTC letter. BYOD- You have to purchase Laptop to work for this lala company.

Cons

Unhealthy environment. Important to note- This is not Bajaj Finance Limited ,it's only a part of it.Please don't judge the book by it's cover .Its totally different company. No policies. HR policies .Promotion policies gets changed everytime, according to Management Very limited leaves,only 10 in a year. Management don't believe in Long weekends,they will compensate by making you work on holidays. Salary cut upto 35 percent in pandemic. People coming from good organizations leave this company within a year.

Only thing I observed that, they pay decent salary to the employees.

Cons

1. Office politics is at the peak. 2. No one is interested in improvements. 3. Senior managers have their favourite people around them and they keep giving recognition to each other. 4. Company doesn’t care about hard working employees. 5. In the name of diversity unnecessary attention being given to female candidates in hiring process and even after joining the company.

Bonus is 25% of your fixed CTC and you get 100%+ Other than this,You cannot find any pros working here!

Cons

1. They make you work 7 days a week without comp off (even on Sundays, forget about Saturdays) even for non sales teams 2. Zero process orientation 3. Unrealistic TAT ( sometimes within a few hours) to complete a project/task/complex work only so that the Manager would impress their boss and have a tick mark on tracker points. This is a daily horror not once in a bluemoon occurence. This impacts the health of employee, please join if you want free High BP and stress induced diabetes in early stages of Life 4. Cannot complete any project in Agile manner. 5. Usage of abusive language in meetings with women around. 6. Horrendous experience working in the org. Will never even recommend a dead soul here.
