Abusive culture,starting from CEO to bottom Heads don't have team management skills.Only favorites will get promoted every year. You have to unlearn all the things and learn how to play politics to sustain in this company. Biggest Scam- 25 percent variable in your CTC letter. BYOD- You have to purchase Laptop to work for this lala company.

Unhealthy environment. Important to note- This is not Bajaj Finance Limited ,it's only a part of it.Please don't judge the book by it's cover .Its totally different company. No policies. HR policies .Promotion policies gets changed everytime, according to Management Very limited leaves,only 10 in a year. Management don't believe in Long weekends,they will compensate by making you work on holidays. Salary cut upto 35 percent in pandemic. People coming from good organizations leave this company within a year.
