Expects a team of 3 to perform to the same level as a team of 6 (you get scolded by the lead if you do not)
Employees always leaving causing stress and burnout for remaining employees with NO relief or understanding.
The owners are always trying to grow or expand without a solid employee base instead they crush their current employees under the weight of the excess work.
Treats employees like machines, not humans.
