*Baker Brother's has high ethics and has a wonderful company culture. *Work/life balance, great leadership, opportunities for growth *Everyone is very friendly, management cares about employees, great compensation

Pros

Baker Brothers is home to the best work environment I've been apart of. Everyone tries to help each other out, even with personal issues. Management is very understanding and try to be as accommodating as possible.

Cons

It is very easy to bring work home with you. Having to work on-call or overtime, although the compensation for that is a pro.
