Baker Brothers is home to the best work environment I've been apart of. Everyone tries to help each other out, even with personal issues. Management is very understanding and try to be as accommodating as possible.

It is very easy to bring work home with you. Having to work on-call or overtime, although the compensation for that is a pro.

Working for a company like baker brothers is different than any other job I have ever had. At Baker Brothers honesty and integrity is met head on with our core values of (Trust Quality and Care) here we truly care about our customers our technicians and employees. There are very little down sides to working at a company that has a longevity such as Baker Brothers but if I had to choose one thing it would be working in a trade you don't always know what time your day will end it depends on the day however this would extend to almost any company in the trade world.
