    I worked at Bakers Delight part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I worked here during High School and it was a great job. The staff were fantastic, the job was fairly cruisey and simple, and my working hours were flexible with study. Free bread was also a bonus!

    Cons

    Customer service always has its cons. I did not enjoy throwing out so much bread each day, such a waste. The only real con was eating so much bread and therefore gaining weight.

    Advice to Management

    During my time at Bakers Delight, we changed management. The new management had incentives and competitions running all the time to drive sales. This was very effective and i recommend it to all store managers.
