The interview process was very easy only two rounds were there. The first question was asked by the interviewer was "Are you came through consultancy?" If yes then you got selected otherwise not. Only manual testing was there no chance of any other testing like automation. Very less pay and they want more experienced candidates. The worst thing was that I faced a lot of issues due to poor management. They fire without any intimation. The value of the tester is much less than developer. No helpful nature of any seniors. Even they don't give any KT regarding the ongoing project for new employees. No work from home was available even in strict lockdown also.
