Nothing that could be mentioned.
Cons
They never mention clearly about the job description but some dilute you in jargons such as 'hard work', 'better life', etc. In reality, they require you to stand outdoor and harras people to contribute to charities and buy crap products with no genuine origin. What a shameful place to work! They should clarify things up front and honestly, then people can decide if they want to apply or not.
