none, some staff were nice

poor training, no growth, unreal expectations. mgmt are hypocrites, expect us to be chained to the computer and have to let them know even to go to the bathroom, treated like children. while management spends time doing personal things all day

Fun crew to work with Working as a leader in the CBD industry Opportunity to learn quite a bit

Cons

The most nepotism I have ever seen at a company. People are in high-level VP or c-suit positions with zero prior experience just because they have a family member at the company. You will get promoted and asked to do more work but without a pay raise.
