      Experts in hiring right persons for the wrong jobs. Company with HIGH ATTRITION RATE. As an employee, you wont get basic resources,tools or support from the company to accomplish your goals. Work model is designed in a way that makes it hard for employees to find meaning and dignity in their work. Need to obey their unworkable decisions & poor understandings on current strategies.

      Pros

      I am working in Balbhas for the past 4 months and within a short period I learnt lot of new technologies and there are ample oppurtunities to upskill yourself. Worklife balance is good and salary is in par with industry standard. If you want a relatively secure job Balbhas is the right place to work.
