      Little Rock is a nice place to work

      Pros

      Decent pay, good co-workers, equipment is nice, one of the cleanest recycling facilities I've seen.

      Cons

      Lousy insurance for state way too high due to paying for a higher cost of living state insurance, management too non-confentational when issues arise, receptionist is very rude and moody. Even customers complain about her.

      Pros

      Everyone at Balcones was kind, supportive, and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the people or company. They have an excellent culture. Pay was great for sales and promising commission.

      Cons

      Working in recycling is dirty, smelly work, whether you're working in the facility full time or not. It's just something to be aware of, if you are new to the industry.
