Coworkers are amazing. Projects are great. You can travel a lot across the globe. The work environment is international and rich in talents.
Cons
There are several leaders, one for each department + CEO + founders, and they cannot agree on anything. Professionalism is not important, relationships are. It is a work environment rich in internal politics, where everybody knows the truth but nobody can tell it out loud. I have experienced meetings where people were publicly made fun of for their lifestyle, or their dressing.
