      Pros

      As the name implies, they only hire "ballers" - or rather "bawl-ers". The go-getters - the wanna-get-rich-tomorrows. So if you're one, you're in great company

      Cons

      If you're married or have kids, don't even bother here.

      Pros

      Snacks in office, most entry level workers have good repoire with each other. Good if you have a passion for sports.

      Cons

      Dead end job with no chance at promotion. They do not believe in promoting from within. Instead of giving people a chance and finding out their skill sets, the VP and rest of management would rather stick people to their roles and hire from outside
