Hello, Thanks for this review. I wanted to address some of these points: 1. I'm very glad that you found people here helpful and friendly! We wanted to foster that kind of atmosphere and make people feel like they have a sense of ownership of their work 2. I'm not sure what is meant by very political at the director level? We've certainly never been heavy handed with any office politics - in fact we despise it after having to suffer through it at previous places of employment 3. Lack of retention of senior talent is simply not true - we've had several senior people leave over the years for various reasons, but beyond that we have plenty of people (senior included) who have worked here without issue; some have been here almost 4 years (not long after the company was founded). 4. Lack of recruitment of senior talent - I'm not sure what this relates to considering we've hired an Art Director, Technical Art Director, Lead Engineer (and plenty of others) 5. “The structure and communication within the studio is poor” – we’ve certainly had teething issues during our growth (bearing in mind we were at 3 employees in August 2019 are now at 70+), and at times we were able to grow certain disciplines more than others to the size we wanted. Communication is absolutely something we have been improving (and continuing to improve) with a much more rounded team structure.
