Pros
I was trying to think of something positive but after seeing multiple people leave the company, and lose work there for the oddest reasons it is clear they are increasingly proving to be a terrible and unsafe place to work. If you are lucky you will make some friends but they will often stab you in your back.
Cons
- Very toxic leadership. Directors yell at employees and threaten employees. They talk poorly about others the same way. - The majority of the company is young and inexperienced, they make wrong decisions and let go of great people for political reasons. - Directors don't take responsibility for their lack of leadership and lack of direction. - Read their contract very carefully and you will notice they plan ahead for very bad scenarios that frees them from legal responsibilities. - They don't treat people the same. I have seen people lose their work for the same things that directors do, however, no one can hold them accountable. The rest is confidential but you don't want to join to find out. Just stay away.
