There are definitely no pros working at this company
Cons
Most self centered owner. Only in it for himself. Treats his employees terribly while he sits in his office all day. Two separate types of people work there. Ones he likes and ones he definitely does not and makes that quite clear on a daily basis. Mandatory overtime during peak times is ridiculous and never was I told about that before starting there. Unrealistic demands all the time. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Hope this deters others from making the same mistake I did.

I worked at Balsam Promotions for 2 years. I loved the open-to-the-public concept and couldn't even count the number of "Wow!" reactions when people walked through the doors into one of the best promotional showrooms in the industry. The owner is cutting-edge and current in all industry trends. He is innovative and creative in finding ways to grow the business and to make the workplace efficient. Being part of a smaller company means you have to be flexible and wear a lot of hats at times, but if you have an open mind, you can learn a lot about the whole business from production to sales. If you are dedicated and hard-working, you WILL be rewarded. The staff is also great. Will miss our pizza parties!
