Pride themselves on having a good ‘culture’ which is led by management with a lack experience, clear favouritism and overall toxicity.

This was, without a doubt, the most toxic and chaotic workplace I’ve encountered. Management is largely ineffective—more interested in protecting their own image than supporting their teams. Development opportunities are virtually nonexistent, and employees are given little to no guidance or support. During my tenure, I witnessed a staggering 282 operational changes, many of which were reactive, poorly communicated, and confusing. This level of disorganization trickled down into every aspect of daily operations, creating constant instability and stress. Feedback loops are ignored especially to favoured individuals, morale is low, and accountability is a foreign concept.
