A minority of genuine, kind and hard-working people.
Cons
Lots of posh privileged people who are openly rude and treat certain people with disrespect. High turnover of staff and they do not replace people so teams are completely overworked and overwhelmed. Unclear guidelines for roles and inaccurate job descriptions. Lack of company structure and guidelines. Managers do not know how to manage. Not as sustainable as they make out to be. No one is happy across the business. Needs some diversity to introduce the snobby people to the real world. Staff are not valued, no one's job is safe and they treat people poorly. I would not recommend working here if you're normal.
