Best company I've ever worked for. The management style is excellent (attentive, supportive and responsive without being over-bearing) and my feedback is taken onboard and acted upon swiftly, making me feel that I'm a valued member of the company. I'm very pleased with the salary structure. The camaraderie is great and our team has been going from strength to strength. I'm very excited to see what the future holds for Banana Solar.

Being an early hire for such an innovative startup has come with many of the usual challenges faced by all successful bootstrapped organisations. While the early days were at times chaotic and the hours long, I'm proud to have helped build the company to where it is today, ranked #1 in Sydney and #2 in Australia with no sign of stopping!
