Pros
- Good salary - Profit sharing (occasionally) - Some benefits which compared with other companies is not bad. - Performance bonus (the government takes part of it) - Christmas bonus (the government also takes its part)
Cons
- The internal job advancement within Divisions is super slow almost none. The true: New employee have more opportunity than loyal old employees with several years of experience and/or certifications. Management friends also have more opportunity than the employees who perform the 101% to achieve goals. The job positions are very misaligned (too many managers instead of paying more to the employees who make the managers shine to senior management). - Lately poor management decisions leading to disappointment and demotivation from loyal employees.
