Pros

none at all to mention

Cons

This place is at best a call center and at worst a fraud. They market themselves as some kind of revolutionary company but all they will teach you on the inside is how to churn out calls and emails which has strict templates and scripts. Do not work here or do business with them or you will regret it!

Yikes - very sorry to hear this was your experience and that things didn't work out. This specific feedback surprises me a bit since we try to place a huge emphasis on flexibility and creativity in our interviewing, training, and outbound sales processes, and most of the reviews we get from clients and other team members seem to reflect that. If you're up for it, I'd love to hear more about your experience so we can reflect on it and improve. You can reach me anytime at jeremy@bandalier.co. -Jeremy

Pros

Remote work There are no other pros

Cons

If you quit before a certain number of days you owe the company money for the training they provided I’ve never heard of such foolishness . When I scheduled my interview I had to message the company asking if they forgot about me . Bandalier pays less than the client that they would place you with , don’t bother applying here the place is ran by unprofessional scam artists.

Pros

- somewhat flexible schedule for part-timers

Cons

- no room for growth despite what they tell you - keep your pay as low as they can - "boys club" type of environment - promotes a toxic culture of sexism and having work be your entire life - expects people to be available outside of work hour - praises working outside of hours but does not pay for it - any time a complaint is brought up they defend themselves rather than listen - will let people go without warning

What's described here is so far from the culture we've set out to create, and I'm very sorry to hear this was your experience. It's probably worth clearing up some misunderstandings. Our part-time team members are compensated hourly, so while we're flexible with the time slots in which you choose to set your hours (as you note), there wouldn't be instances where you were working outside of those hours without being paid for it. Similarly, there are a wide range of instances where we've acted on feedback from the team (which we actively solicit), so I'm a little surprised by the contention that we don't listen to feedback; I wish we were able to act faster in some cases, but we definitely do our best. That said, the piece that's most concerning to me here are the allegations of sexism, which we do not tolerate. If you're open to it, I'd really appreciate the specifics so that we can investigate and act accordingly. Please reach out to me at jeremy@bandalier.co (feel free to use an anonymous e-mail address if you'd prefer) with the details and I can promise we will investigate promptly and follow up. Thank you for your feedback, and best of luck for your future endeavors. -Jeremy
