      Poor Management, low pay, non-stop lying

      Pros

      There are some really great people working here for now. If they’re smart they’ll leave.

      Cons

      Upper management either completely forgets about you or treats you like garbage with little in between. There is no full time HR presence. Sweeping changes are made at the drop of a hat with what seems like little thought. There’s little to no room for advancement for 95% of people. The lucky 5% shouldn’t trust their advancement as there’s frequent firings of anyone who makes a halfway decent salary. No one in management should be trusted, ever. If anyone promises you anything, get it in writing. No one’s gotten a full bonus the last two years and raises barely cover cost of living increases.

      While we respectfully disagree with most of your assessment of our company, we could not agree more that we have fantastic people working at Bandsintown. The leadership team does care about all employees . Unfortunately, it seems we are falling short in your case. We encourage you to reach out to your manager or directly to the Leadership Team to talk about your experiences and see if we can improve your satisfaction working with us

      Great brand but horrible management and execution

      Pros

      Well known brand, great app & flexible hours

      Cons

      Pay is low and benefits are average, no HR presence, culture has potential but needs a lot of work. Employees are not valued/respected by management and they do not know anything about music. Easily the worse experience I've ever had with upper management at a company. They have fired 15+ people during my time here so morale is low and most employees are looking for new jobs. The list could go on, but do not waste your time here.

      Potential! Love working here

      Pros

      - It's a startup, so you will wear lots of hats - that should be something you love to do - Benefits are good, includes 401K with match and good time off (15 days paid vacation + sick / personal time + company holidays) starting day one - Work/life balance is AMAZING! - Each office has its own cool vibe - music is a common thread - Coworkers are nice, helpful, dedicated - Bandsintown is an amazing brand - and it's cool to hear feedback from users / be a part of it - We are hitting lots of milestones together - Everyone is/was in a band, or is a DJ... cool group of employees! - Company is moving in the right direction into 2016
