Banjercito is a place where you can build a great career. You will be working with the brightest and hardest working individuals in the industry. I have been with Banjercito for 2 years and have had the opportunity to continually feel challenged and grow. I am constantly put on new projects and have my responsibilities rotated. Through all of this they have taken good care of me through a total compensation that includes awesome benefits and generous financial incentives.
Cons
Hours can be long, you are expected to get the job done and although they recognize and reward hard work the expectation is high to ensure your working to your highest potential.
