Pros
Great place for people who like a slow pace, ineffective leadership and an aging board of directors that line their own pocket with fees, stock and bonuses.
Cons
Management with lack of a solid vision for growth and profitability, unable to make consistent and sound decisions, an HR department that will send you home if your skirt is above your knees or a small tattoo is visible on your ankle and that is the tip of the iceberg.

Best thing was I had a large office.
Cons
It was a very hard place to get loans done on time. Their turn times were horrendous, which makes it hard to maintain your relationships with Realtors. Management wasn't the most helpful either. They weren't what could be described as an inclusive work environment.
