Pros

Management in Customer Service are very nice and understanding. Your health insurance is covered with 40+ hours. They offer a savings option they will double at the end of the year. Up to a $1 raise per year but standard is $0.50. You don't need a degree. Not customer facing.

Cons

You start at $15 an hour which is not a lot to live on. Must have a good credit history and never been bankrupt. Background check. Quarterly learning tests. Must work in the office and dress in business attire.

Decent pay and benefits. Ongoing training is good. Company has a great a mission and they try to live up to it.

Cons

Some bad Managers, Saturday work that equals to working six days sometimes. Favoritism, Toxic Environments. If one person in management don't like you then they will make all not like you.
