Pros

Management in Customer Service are very nice and understanding. Your health insurance is covered with 40+ hours. They offer a savings option they will double at the end of the year. Up to a $1 raise per year but standard is $0.50. You don't need a degree. Not customer facing.

Cons

You start at $15 an hour which is not a lot to live on. Must have a good credit history and never been bankrupt. Background check. Quarterly learning tests. Must work in the office and dress in business attire.

Great management. Also have a wonderful and including culture!

Cons

Honestly don’t have any cons. A lot of phone calls and high volume.
