So, guys let me very clear, If you want to join this organization, Then take a step back. Think multiple times before joining. When a person joins any organization, it has hope, learning and what not. But this organization will harass you mentally. Your job is not secure here let me be very vocal about it. I had joined the organization with lot of positivity and hope. The org doesn't have proper management. You will face lot of politics and set of middle class thought people. They only think their job is important and safe but what about other people ?? They had asked me to resign on spot and they paid only 24 days salary as well. When I had asked them to served the notice period they behaved like they knows nothing. Do not join this company. You will be targeted very badly. Their is no structure. Hope this feedback will save your life.

Extremely poor management and lack of accountability. There’s constant delay or complete silence in communication. The founder and senior team remain unconcerned despite multiple follow-ups, and there is no courtesy of even replying to your messages. At times, you're met with responses like “Do you work with us?” — which says a lot about how seriously they take their employees.
