Awesome benefits, great pay, and an amazing work environment. Management is wonderful and operates with a complete open door policy - if you're having any type of issue, they want to know about it and will help make a solution for you! Company culture is far superior to any other job I've ever had - everyone gets along great, there is no favoritism, employees are acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work, and everyone is valued. Management highlights your strengths and encourages individuality and to have fun! The company as a whole is very progressive and is always aiming to improve office moral, work environment, and company goals. You're always learning something here! Best job I've ever had!

Not enough time in the day to get everything done, but I wouldn't consider that a bad thing! No cons that I can think of!
