      Pros

      I can only think about good salaries if they comply.

      Cons

      There needs to be more communication between departments. Egos over teamwork. Everybody wants to be the star of a company where everything is a fight. People are being mistreated. There is no protection for people—unfair practices. There is no onboarding; you must learn everything and perform literally from day one. CEO is rude; everybody is afraid of him, and with reason, he screams at people rules by fear. No strategy, no order, no engagement. Late payments, no benefits.

      Pros

      BPC is a top fintech and its pros are its SmartVista technology solutions and the fact that it innovates at speed, its a dynamic environment, opportunity for career growth with global exposure and a place where your work has a positive impact beyond financial industries with solutions like Mircolending in Africa for Nigerian Farmers, etc.

      Cons

      Payments is a hugely competitive space and we at BPC need to do more to make sure we are at the forefront of everyone's minds when it comes to talking about payments and fintech innovation.

      Lack of leadership and culture Complete disconnection of Product and Delivery team ( is like they were to different companies) Late payments are common They offer things in the negotiation phase and then not include them in the contract (or modify them)
