The environment is pretty good for intermediate developers, which means you could you new stacks, and there are no specific rules you need to follow. If you're interested in making a product or developing tools, this company perfectly suits you. There's a huge amount of freedom in the development industry. And since this company is IT-oriented, developers are high values for them.
Cons
If you're a project manager, there's likely a chance that you need to manage everything, including people and the projects currently your team is working on. And team expects you to join every single meeting since there are a lot of Junior developers on the team.

Because the business model is weak, it is not easy for the company to survive. Also, the scale is too small to do anything.
