Pros
Very good benefits package, flexible work arrangements, nice group events for holidays and summer picnics.
Cons
Way to many inter departmental politics for company this size. Personally had a supervisor that was not all he was supposed to be (questionable background?). did not get much in the way of mentorship to help me transfer my knowledge to this novel drug delivery system which caused many method dev delays which ultimately cost me the job.
