Great pay and excellent benefits

Hard to advance and very little mentoring

High Diversity – Christian, Muslim, black, white, American, European, Indian, etc. Everyone is able to work pretty well with each other. A very social environment. The opportunity to learn new things is great. Good informal communication between colleagues. Artistic environment: most capsule products out on the market are quite beautiful and were developed via finesse.

Too much work, too little time. Sometimes skipping steps in product development can lead to problems. Promising too much to the clients. Clients invariably do get annoyed and pissed – not very fun conference calls to be in on. Unwillingness in upper management to spend money on badly needed new equipment and instruments. Departments are run as fiefs. Information is not shared. A tendency to reinvent the wheel – it just wastes more time. No room for personal advancement
