      Pros

      This is a very high performance environment that demands you to be at the top of your game at all times. This ensured that I stayed focus at all time with no room for slacking which ultimately allowed me to reach not only business goals but also personal goals and make the most money I've ever made. Great benefits as well once you can get through your probation

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but you will be required to put more time than needed and if you are not someone that is willing to put in extra time outside of your required shift you might view this is as a con

      Pros

      Coming out of the health and fitness industry and a brief period in the insurance industry, this was the opportunity was not one that I had planned for but I took it up. To date I can say it is the best company I have ever worked for, not only do you get remunerated very lucratively but you everything from the culture to the benefits that you receive daily and monthly - from meals, breakfast, snacks and lunches, beverages (hot and cold) to medical aid, gym membership and monthly incentives for top performers. This is really an amazing, energizing company that leaves you feeling valued and has had a positive impact on my life.

      Cons

      There are none, other - but not this if you goal is to just to go through the motions, be average - work a straight shift - then this is not for you, maybe go be something else, but if you are about a fast paced, hard working, top performing career then this will reward you.
