Management was unprofessional, showing clear favouritism. Discouraged from asking questions, yet criticised for not engaging. No proper training manuals were provided. No opportunities to progress Bullying behaviour, whispering, and exclusion created a hostile environment. Concerns about bullying and discrimination were not taken seriously. The whole process had a negative impact on my wellbeing

Run by unprofessional, mafia management with no integrity who rule by favouritism and lie about their decision-making and fabricate reasons for what they do and target individuals they don't like to blame their own failures on. Money is spent on what they feel like not what is needed and they change their mind hourly as they can't run their own organisation
