Could go on for hours. Management is absolutely unhinged, half of the time they won’t even say hi to you. They thrive on embarrassing you and putting you down, and if you aren’t friends with them outside of work then you won’t get a good section. They expect you to do so much work but do not care about how much money you make. They don’t care about your personal wellbeing and mental health, and they have no idea how to run a healthy team environment. The turn over rate is insane because of how terrible they treat employees. To top it all off, you tip out 40% of your tips because the owners refuse to pay higher wage to support staff-like every other restaurant does.
