- Napoleon complex general manager/owner. - Micromanagement. - They hire you to tell you what you do when you are the expert. - Impossible to grow. - A growing company managed like a kiosk. - Good and talented people without opportunities. - People don't last more than a year, and the owners don't care. - Precarious conditions. - 2 lavatories for 60 people. - Unfair treatment, racism, xenophobia and constant discrimination by the owner. - They are lawyers, therefore, they constantly distort reality in their favor. For example, on this same site, positive reviews are written by the human resources manager. - I can keep going!
