      No pros, just heavy cons

      Cons

      You never know what you're going to get when you walk in the office. The family life interferes heavily with this job. It's a toxic and unprofessional environment and I wouldn't recommend anyone other than a Consultant to work for this company.

      Hostile environment. Toxic bosses - selfish with their money, unreasonable, expected staff to do so much of their personal tasks, get in the middle of their family drama, they have hidden cameras to watch staff, often owner won't let you work bec she needs a personal task done. TOXIC place.
