      No pros, just heavy cons

      Cons

      You never know what you're going to get when you walk in the office. The family life interferes heavily with this job. It's a toxic and unprofessional environment and I wouldn't recommend anyone other than a Consultant to work for this company.

      Challenging projects and capable coworkers

      Leadership has been out of touch with the daily work of consultants and had pretty strong sense of entitlement of what they expect from people.
