Cons
Bare is a company that is run for profit over people, which is pretty typical of the funeral industry. The difference is B are is trying to make people believe its doing something different, with customers best interests in mind. the truth is the company is run by out of touch, privileged egomaniacs with their sights set on making billions off people's trauma. The company culture at Bare is toxic to say the least, with new staff only staying around 3-6 months before realising their role is untenable and leaving. Staff have been outright threatened for finding new roles - "i'll tell your new employers how bad you are at your job" kind of thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, as an employee and as a customer.
