      Pros

      Nice people/colleagues who have a sense of ‘being in the trenches together’

      Cons

      The owner is a terrible manager. Zero people skills and unrealistic expectations of her staff. Company also have zero HR, so no career progression is offered and no focus on the people at all.

      No growth, no real people, and you’re replaceable

      Pros

      Light work, friendly on the surface. Shoes discounts as the only work benefit which is hilarious

      Cons

      But company culture is absurd, you can be hired for one thing and the next second ceo changes her mind and you’re gone. They put up a fake smile then replace you the next minute. All their values are just on papers, you will be suppressed, and you will be replaced, unless you are one of them fake smile back stabbed then you’d fit right in
