      I can see it wants to support my growth and the company growth by creating a positive culture.

      Change makes communication hard at times, and I think this is true here while they improve culture.

      Management is condescending and incompetent. There is little to no training and the company culture is toxic. Do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere
