      Pros

      Get to work with dogs, flexible schedule, management cares. Clients are great, employee accountability and empowerment. Pay is pretty on par for this type of work, tip sharing and bonuses. Management cares and promotes teamwork. Listens to and addresses concerns. Great job for college student, part time work around school schedule.

      Can be a very physical job, some employees can be dramatic and entitled, immature. On your feet a lot-

      The bond you share with the dogs can grow really strong

      Cons

      Management will change their mind at the drop of a hat or get mad when you ask questions about things they they assume you should already know
