      Bait and switch role with added wage theft

      Pros

      If you like early starts they'll routinely have you up at 5am.

      Cons

      This is a poorly run small business. Overuse of AI to write reports that are really shoddy. Management participates in wage theft through under staffing and expecting reports to be written and encourages the use of AI to save time. Clients have no ideas how many corners are cut and the reports uses garbage in garbage out to fudge the numbers.

      Pros

      Toll the job looking to get my night's and weekends back. The owners is a micro managing man child that constantly wants changes to reports no one reads. Working in rat infested badements, smelly pounds and with easy to early starts. Barmetrix thinks it's okay to send you two hours away from Sydney for a 6am start. Pay far too low for top owners greed and his lackey GB always saying yes. Avoid its all a sham.

      Pros

      Not really any. They say no nights or weekends but that's a lie. You need to write reports at night, sometimes taking his onto if an 10 hour day, there's prep work done on weekends.

      Cons

      The proprietary program Pilot that they make you use is an absolute steaming pile of crap from the 90s. It's not updated, the UX is abysmal and it constantly crashes and breaks. There's no support or training provided. The managers are absolute micro managers who couldn't cut it in the real world and now live in this bubble. They also conduct wage theft on an industrial scale.
