management lacks desire to do anything other than the minimum required, lots of blame passed around. Poor leadership from the top. Company says the right things but then doesnt act on the same things.
Hostile/toxic work environment. Front end of service completely lacks any hospitality. Labor rate is significantly higher and not competitive with other local dealer. High turnover of all positions of service employees. Dealership overall has poor management which has lead to a slow, overstaffed service department filled with bad attitudes and poor business practices. I would not recommend working here if you want to be valued.
