After acquisition, the company culture, people, retention, hiring, quality of work has all taken a hit downwards. A lot of previous talent, that knows the system intimately, has left the firm.
If you are on the technical side, the learning curve is quite steep being that the system is quite complex. Although you will work in a team and have access to team members, work is generally done solo with very little oversight, this could be a good or bad thing depending on how you like to function.
Growth was very limited and only happened if someone left and the company needed to fill that spot.
Pay was stagnant, did not match market and ION did not bother in paying out bonuses for 2021.
